Summary of Safety Services

Safety Services mission includes the development and administration of proactive safety, health and accident prevention programs to protect the human and physical resources of GROWMARK and its clients, and surrounding communities. This is accomplished through the development of safety materials and programs to assist the System in compliance with existing regulations and through education and training.

We conduct specialized training in all areas of OSHA and DOT through industry specific training programs we have developed, specializing in HAZWOPER training for employees to control and contain costs in emergency response situations.

We conduct on-site OSHA & DOT audits and facility inspections, and provide recommendations to management. Our staff remains abreast of government regulations and technical requirements, and can help members respond to citations and monetary penalties issued by governmental agencies.
