Faith has been with
GROWMARK since December 1999. She has a B.S. in Finance and
Insurance and Risk Management from the Ohio State University and a
JD from Capital University Law School. Faith has thirty years
experience in the insurance industry.
Faith handles negotiations with insurance carriers, insurance
coverage analysis, claim disputes and safety, and Board of Directors
presentations. Faith also manages the day-to-day needs of the FS
Systems captive insurance carrier – FS Preferred Insurance Company. |

Michelle started at
GROWMARK in January, 2007. Prior to this, she worked for Country
Insurance for 8½ years. She assists with the renewals of the group
insurance programs and assists with the calculation and allocation
of premiums. Michelle oversees the invoicing process and assists
with the day-to-day activities of the FS Preferred Insurance
Company. |

Rhoda was first employed
by GROWMARK in July 1978, and she also has member cooperative
experience. She has worked in the Insurance Services department
since December 1992. Rhoda works with the Southern Region and
handles workers compensation, grain property, auto, directors and
officers insurance, Special FS renewals, assists with claims,
conducts property surveys and insurance reviews. |

Chuck has been with GROWMARK since October of 2006.
He has over 28 years of insurance experience, both at the agency and
company levels. His most recent position, prior to coming to
GROWMARK, was as a Commercial Account Manager in the Chicago area.
Chuck works with the Northern Region and handles worker
compensation, grain property, auto, directors and officers
insurance, Special FS renewals, assists with claims, conducts
property surveys and insurance reviews. |

Kim joined GROWMARK in
June, 2007. Kim came to us from Country Insurance. She is
responsible for issuing Certificates of Insurance and surety bonds,
assists with renewal of member cooperatives and Directors and
Officers Liability insurance. She is also responsible for invoicing
policy premiums. |

Kristine joined GROWMARK
& FS Insurance agency in May 2010. She helps coordinate the loss
runs, runs MVR’s for GROWMARK and its subsidiaries, maintains the
property database, coordinates agency licensing, and assists other
staff members as needed. |
